Yi3 empowers, educates and equips the future generations with skills to envision
a sustainable world through local and global exposure.
Yi3 aims to provide the youths around the world with a platform to capture, nourish and showcase skills, qualities, and competencies for a sustainable and inclusive world. Founded in 2023 by youths having massive experiences in realising global youth engagement events, Yi3 will welcome youths and young minds in empowerment sessions and leadership excursions all over the world, and help them build long lasting worldwide networks. Also, they will get the opportunities to implement their innovative community betterment ideas in real world under the direct mentorship, support, and supervision of youth leaders of their countries. Yi3 wishes to develop a strong and constructive bond among educators and students by giving them opportunities to get global exposures and networking opportunities. Every year, Yi3 organizes programs in the form of cohorts.

Yi3 organizes Youth Confabs where youths aged 12-25 years participate in a 4-5 day educational excursion which includes seminars, workshops, and trainings on Sustainability Leadership and on-field exposures.

FAQs on Yi3
Youth Confab is a 4-5 day event taking place in various countries across the globe where the youths will participate in trainings, seminars, workshops on Sustainability Leadership and SDGs. They will get to explore the academic and cultural lifestyle of the host country by collaborating with the local students and teachers. Also, they will get to engage in field-visits in exciting places filled with rich culture and tradition of the host country where they will engage in more teambuilding and collaborative activities. In such a way, the youths will develop an international network among themselves. The best performers of the Youth Confab’s formal activities will be awarded with a grant from Yi3 to implement projects addressing SDGs in their own communities once they come back.
The eligibility criteria for the youths is based on age range. Each of the youth confab has separate eligibility criteria on the age range. Please refer to individual youth confab pages to learn more about the eligibility criteria.
The Youth Confabs have varying program fees based on the country and the number of days the confab will take place. Check the specific youth confab page to learn more about the program fees.
Accommodation, food, inland transportation, site seeing, confab registration fee, are included in the program fee. Airfare, and medical insurance fees are not included in the program fee. Visa fees inclusion or exclusion to the program fee is subject to the individual youth confabs.
Yes, scholarship opportunities are available. The youths who want to participate in the Youth Confab has to sign up in the registration form given in respective Youth Confab pages. Yi3 team will issue a short online quiz which the youth has to answer. Based on the response of the candidate, Yi3 team may or may not issue a partial scholarship on the program fee for the candidate.
Yi3 encourages the youths to provide correct and valid email addresses and contact numbers when they are filling up the registration form. If the email address or contact details are wrong, the participant will not receive notification from Yi3.

The youths who have participated in a Youth Confab of Yi3 will be recognized as a Youth Confab Alumni. The Youth Confab Alumni will get exclusive access to professional development and leadership programs of Yi3 both online and offline, get mentored on project management and implementation, guidance on career selection and academic progress, assistance in exploring global scholarships and exchange opportunities, and a chance to work as an on-field coordinator for upcoming projects of Yi3.

You will be leading a team of youths in Youth Confabs from your country. Yi3 will offer you multiple levels of support for your leadership role.
